Expressions of Interest – Client Experience (Client Managers, Project Coordinators)

About the role:

The primary responsibility of our Planning Administration will be to bridge the gap between our technical functions and our customers to ensure Approved’s client expectations are met and exceeded with every interaction.

Tasks for these roles include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive client communication and updates.
  • Project coordination.
  • Basic accounts/invoice creation.
  • Accurate set up of internal files and document review.
  • Ordering and interpretation of Council and legislative documentation and certificates.
  • Lodgement of documentation onto NSW Planning Portal.
  • Lodgement and coordination of approvals with relevant consenting authorities.
  • Engagement and coordination of external service provided by our key service partners.

About you:

You will possess the following skills and experience to ensure success in this role:

  • A background in the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
  • Customer focused, with demonstrated experience in exceeding client expectations at every interaction.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive in your approach.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • A professional and courteous attitude.
  • The ability to maintain and follow consistent processes and procedures, with great attention to detail.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Have a current driver’s licence, and legal work rights in Australia.
